At South West Loft Boarding, our expert technicians specialise in installing advanced raised loft boarding platforms. Whether you live in a traditional Victorian terrace in Cardiff or Swansea, a stone property in the Valleys, or a brand-new housing estate in Newport or Bridgend, standard flat boarding methods should never be used.
Squashing down your thick thermal insulation blankets by nailing boards directly to your joists completely ruins your home's energy efficiency and can lead to costly condensation issues. Our specialised raised sub-frames elevate your new storage floor safely above the insulation layer, ensuring your roof space breathes perfectly while comfortably supporting heavy items.
We protect your heating bills by ensuring necessary roof ventilation paths remain entirely open.
Supplying smooth aluminium or premium timber ladders with wide, draught-proof drop-down hatches.
Our structural surveyors carry out rigorous loading checks before standardising your installation.
